EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

Brad joined SLSF in 2007 and became a partner in 2011. A specialist in tax and business planning for closely held businesses, business owners and individuals, Brad brings a rich background of experience to the SLSF team. He previously spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Chicago, serving clients in its Private Company Services group, and was also associated with two Chicago-based regional accounting firms serving the middle market.

Brad’s diverse industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, service companies, publishing, real estate, transportation, technology, and private equity. He advises on tax issues for U.S. corporations doing business abroad, represents domestic branches of foreign corporations, and also serves as a consultant to smaller accounting firms when specialized expertise is needed on complex tax issues. A frequent speaker before business and professional groups, he is called upon to share his knowledge on topics such as tax law changes and business/tax planning ideas.
