A founding partner of SLSF and a former member of its management committee, Gary Schwartz has 46 years of experience in public accounting. As a leader of the firm’s tax practice, he has counseled businesses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate roll-ups, entity structure and operational matters.

Gary’s clients include manufacturing companies, wholesalers, retail and professional service firms.  He is an expert in trust accounting, income and estate tax planning, and also advises high-net-worth individuals.  Prior to SLSF, Gary worked at Chicago-based accounting firms Kerman Alport and Company, and Katz Wagner and Company.
